Wood work

Wood Work

For this last term the year 7s at Matawai school have being working in wood work.
Peter has been our wood work teacher, he has shared alot of tricks, tips, and knowlage with us.
For the last 9 weeks we have being making stools.
Some of the hardest parts were making sure that your measurements are perfect, and your cuts are straight. Today we completed our stools, and oiled the timber. I am going to use my stool for a mini book shelf in my room.

  3. Morena. I am Eva from St Mary’s School.
I really liked the way that you have thought that you could make it a place to put your books at your home.
I learnt that you have created a amazing wood stool that you could put your books on.
